Delete a Visit Summary

• You can now delete a Visit Summary directly from its panel — both while recording and in saved notes.

Recording consent, now at the chair

• The consent chip is back at the top of recording pages. It shows the patient's current answer — Recording allowed, Recording declined, or Consent not asked — and you can change it right there, without reopening the popup.
• If consent is switched to declined mid-recording, the recording pauses immediately and only resumes if the patient allows it again. There is no way to record past a declined answer.
• Declines are now remembered. When a patient declines, Kaila blocks recording for them going forward — anyone trying to record that patient sees a "Recording not allowed" notice.
• A new Settings → Recording consent page lists every patient who declined. Removing a patient from this list is the only way to make them recordable again, and only Admins can do it.
• All consent changes are kept in the office audit log.

More accurate notes

• Exact tooth numbers are now kept everywhere — no more "upper right area" instead of "tooth 3", even on Low detail.
• Visits are labeled by what actually happened: an extraction is called an extraction visit, not a "restorative treatment visit".
• Auto note prompts shared across several templates (e.g. "Tooth Numbers Treated Today") no longer mix up procedures — each template now gets its own correct answer.
